My neW sPace is on the right just inside the door! I am filling it up with large Collectible pIeces! Can’t wait to move in!

I am so excited to announce that I signed a lease on a 2nd larger booth space on the first floor of the Fleetwood Antique Mall! I’ll be moving in after the 1st and hope to have it looking amazing by extravaganza weekend! My plan for this space will be to feature my large furniture pieces that just don’t fit in my smaller space. Moving in first is 2 bedrooms of beautiful blond Heywood Wakefield! I am picking them up now and will be doing touch ups and making them amazing for their debut next week! I will be pricing things lower than my online markets and I encourage you to make your purchase there and be prepared to schlep your piece home. I will consider regional delivery, if needed. You will have to reach out to me directly to arrange and get a delivery quote.

i paid off my van recently which is super exciting as that is where all my profits went. I will now have funds to invest in other areas. My gears are spinning at my next move….storage, additional retail spaces or buying a building. Lofty, I know. I have to figure out something.

I am so feeling like spring these days! Ready to get out camping for sure. My decor theme these days is bohemian and eclectic. I think hand touched pieces just look so wonderful and warm in a space. This supplier sells some great textiles and I was able to score 2 Moroccan floor pouf ottomans. The two they sent are amazing! Made from vintage rugs, they are heavy duty, have a zipper access and make a great pet bed, kid cushion or foot rest. They add so much color and charm! I do not get to choose the colors so it is so much fun opening the box! I can order more if you guys love them. 💗. Here’s a look! They are also now live right here on my website.

Moroccan Pouf

I just picked up a Heywood Wakefield bedroom and will be taking the long his/her dresser to Brooklyn this weekend. If anyone in the area wants a delivery let me know! The tallboy and nightstand are still available and I do have the full size bed and frame that needs to be restored.

Studio MadModWorldVintage spring pillows!

So excited to share my gorgeous pillow covers ready to add a pop of color to your home! They turned out amazing! I spent a lot of time carefully laying out my patterns to capture the fabrics just right. Then I passed them to my local sewer who expertly got them put together and she also did a fantastic job picking coordinating zippers! The edges are all serged and there is a hidden zipper. This style of pillow is referred to as knife edge. I made some in 2 different sizes: 18 by 18 (which will need a 20 by 20 insert) and 20 by 20 (which will need a 22 by 22 insert). I also have 6 down inserts on order and arriving shortly in the 20 by 20 size. They are also available for purchase should you want one. Otherwise, pick up one at your local craft shop. Meet my latest restoration!

Quick popping in to unveil my latest restoration! This right here is what I have been longing to do! It takes a long time to financially be able to invest this much money into a single project and hope someone falls in love! I am hoping to do more larger items like sofas in the future. Also note I have two beautiful upholstered chairs that have also received this special treatment and are looking for homes!

A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH. A ONCE CLASSY PIECE IS NOW TIRED AND STAINED. But it has a great shape and the size is more vintage thaN new which is much better for a smaller space. Modern furniture is So clunky and Appears to be designed for mcmansioNs. Having built a new home with 70s BLUEPRINTS, I CAN ATTEST TO THE FACT THAT MODEEN FURNITURE JUST DOES NOT FIT.

AFTER HER MAKEOVER! No more frump! CRisp and clean lines in a gorgeous italiaN LINEN TWEED BY CLARENCE HOUSE TEXTILES.

It was getting dark with no sun when i took this so you can SEE THAT EVEN IN LOW LIGHT SHE BOUNCES IT BAck.

The back CUSHIONS HAVE DOWN INSERTS. THE SEAT IS BRAND NEW FIRM FOAM. There is spring in THE MAIN STRUCTURE UNDER THE SEAT AND SHE HAS A LOVELY BOUNCE. With the new seat height at 18-1/2”, she is comfy for tall folk like me!

There is no stain protection as it is but i have a contact fOr that and WOULD gladly refer you if regional or arranGe prior to shipping at cost. This fabric retails for $300/yard and is Only available to the trade. It is LUxurIous and A DESIGNER FABRIC THAT FAR EXCEEDS QUALITY AND CONSTRUCTION OF MORe COMMON MID GRADE TEXTILES. The maker, Henredon, was a classic luxury furniture company. They were known for high quality furniture and are well respected by designers and decorators.

My Smile after sitting on her for the fIrst time. She was everything i wanted her to be and so darn comfy! At 72” long, She is a great size for a smaller space.
