Pre order your cut of limited Frank Lloyd Wright prints now plus Accent Tables added.

I had a busy weekend and will be enjoying the holiday weekend so wanted to drop a line before I got wrapped up in that! I placed my order for 4 yards of the Frank Lloyd Wright for Schumacher fabrics.  I plan on using a yard of each to make something I can sell ready to use (pillow or stretched over a frame....jury still out) and will offer up to a yard of each print for sale in 1/4 yard (9") increments. I will cut to size so if you order (2) QTY, you will get 1/2 yard uncut.  Bolt is 54" wide. 55% linen/45% cotton, machine washable. Price is $45 per 1/4 yard with a small shipping fee.  I will refund overages if I do not need it all or if you buy multiple quantities. I can special order anything in the line, please reach out! This is a very limited run and not available in fabric stores.  Grab some while you can! Find listings under FABRIC YARDAGE in my etsy shop.

Fresh Restores!  New Listings!

I have been banging out the projects in the last few weeks.  All are ready to ship and the final few chairish listings should be live in the next 24 hours.

Meet the Heywood Wakefield tables!

A total of 5 end tables have been totally restored to their former glory. Sanded and stripped if needed, new stain and layers of tinted top coat to replicate that awesome opaque finish us Hey Wake fans love.  Since I had 4 of the same step end tables, I did a pair in each of the popular finishes, champagne and wheat.  They look awesome!

New to Heywood?  Here is a side by side comparison of the coveted finishes, champagne on the left with it's pink undertones and wheat on the right which has yellow undertones.  Both darken with age so if you find an unmarked piece, it may be hard to determine on sight.  When you look underneath you can usually find evidence of these hues.

I also did a great corner table! This would be placed between 2 pieces of a sectional.  A real cool table if it fits your configuration. It is bigger that it appears. It is done in champagne.

Here is a before pic and how cool it can look with the right couch!

Next, I got the Italian ladderbacks finished.  They are beautiful!  The black chairs received all new seagrass seats and a new clear coat to protect that chippy finish that is the perfect age look if you like that style! These will be awesome in a farmhouse or traditional setting or those who like to mix up your Mod with more traditional looks.  They are very whimsical in design and just make me smile.  I like the look with the natural chairs at the ends!  All of these items can be Bus shipped to your nearest Greyhound station very reasonably! I do all the work! You show up when they call you to get them.  I will help you through, just reach out!

This fabric is hard to photograph and capture it precisely.  It was overcast in these shots.  In full sun, it appears much lighter than showing here.  I guess this will be more true to an interior lighting situation.  It is a great shade and a stunning choice!

SUMMER NOTES.

I have a few trips planned this summer that I know I will be totally off the grid for most or some of that period.  I will try to give fair warning and put updates in my shop during those times.  There is a trip to the Adirondacks coming up soon ending with a weekend at our beloved moe.down music festival, and later this summer, a weekend in the Catskills.  We will be traveling and living in our VW Vanagon and are very much looking forward to connecting with nature and each other.  I will definitely post some pics!

Weaving update.  Chair 3 is almost complete.  Today got away from me and tomorrow I have to work, but hopefully Friday it will be done and I can start on chair #4.

Thanks for stopping by!
